  • We offer a 15 year guarantee for tiled and slate roofs.
  • We offer a 10 year guarantee for torch on felt systems.
  • We offer a 20 year guarantee for premium armourplan single ply membrane roof systems backed by iko.
  • We offer a 25 year guarantee for any leadworks undertaken over a value of £5000 backed by the LCA.

All of the above guarantees are only given out on major works ie full system, reroofs etc… All guarantees are supplied after payment has been received in full. We do not offer any guarantees on repair works.

Yes we are fully insured, we currently hold £10000000 employers liability insurance and £5000000 public liability insurance we can provide proof of these if necessary. We can also provided bespoke cover for your projects if necessary to meet your requirements.

We will provide a basic roof survey letting you know the condition of your roof and any works that are needed for a cost of £250+vat the cost of the survey will be refunded if works are undertaken by ourselves.

All are quotations are totally free of charge with no obligations.
