This project was initiated due to a major failure caused by improper insulation and ventilation, which led to severe corrosion on the underside of the lead. While it was regrettable to start over, we are pleased with the significant progress we’ve made in resolving the issue.
Recognising that lead was unsuitable for this roof, we implemented cross-flow ventilation throughout the entire structure and used Armorplan single-ply membrane. This new approach not only prevents future corrosion but also enhances the roof’s overall durability and performance.
We are thrilled with the sharp, modern look of the finished project, and our customer is extremely satisfied with the results. This project highlights our dedication to quality workmanship and effective solutions, ensuring long-lasting protection and aesthetic appeal for the property.
