Robins Foundation Makes History

Delighted to join forces with the Robins Foundation

Supporting local businesses is something that sits close to our hearts here at Jaxson + Dix Roofing. We believe that by pouring resources into those smaller companies and local highlights, encourages the flow of tourism and supports the economy too. This is why we are delighted to join forces with the Robins Foundation to make history here in Bristol.

Who are the Robins Foundation?

The Robins Foundation are the official charity of Bristol City. They strive to harness the power of football to connect, improve and inspire the local community. To do this, the Foundation run various sessions and inclusive activities that are easy to access by all. With an overall mission to bring the club and community together, the Robins Foundation open the doors for people to discover the power of football and come together to celebrate local wins too.

Jackson & Dix Roofing become a Shared Duty member of the Robins Foundation

We are delighted to announce that Jackson & Dix Roofing has recently joined the Foundation’s Shared Duty scheme. This exclusive club is a way for the foundation and local companies to create an intrinsic link while bringing about positive change. The scheme provides support for companies looking to implement Corporate Social Responsibility strategies alongside employee engagement while helping to raise awareness too.

As part of our membership, we are proud to announce that Jackson & Dix Roofing are now the joining owners of Executive Box 1 at Ashton Gate Stadium. This is the first time in the charity’s history that a partnership like this has happened – one that allows participants from the charity’s marginalised groups to experience matchday hospitality during the club’s fixtures.

“As a business, we’re taken back by the depth of work the Robins Foundation does in society, the opportunity and long-term relationship-building strategy really hit home for us personally. We couldn’t choose which area we wanted to support, so we went for something a bit different. We wanted to support the various groups and say a well done for their commitment to the specific sessions they attend. We wanted to give them an experience they would remember forever. These corporate boxes are usually filled with successful business people, but ours will be filled with amazing people from the community. I think we all have a shared duty to help make the community a better place. We are excited by this new venture and look forward to continuing to support the Robins Foundation.” – Lewis of Jackson & Dix Roofing

During the upcoming season, our team will be meeting with all participants lucky enough to gain tickets to Executive Box 1 and look forward to supporting them as much as we can. If you are interested in learning more about the Robins Foundation, please visit their website here today.
